Stephane Podgorsek

Stephane Podgorsek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in controlling, business development, and manufacturing consultancy. Currently serving as Group Controlling Manager at SIRAIL since January 2024, Podgorsek previously held the role of Methods & Organisation Project Leader at Groupe Bils-Deroo, where responsibilities included quoting for warehousing projects and managing project operations. At TOYOTOMI EUROPE, from 2010 to 2021, Podgorsek excelled in various roles, significantly increasing plant turnover and optimizing procurement systems. Early career experience includes serving as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant for OGIP Organisation, where Podgorsek implemented Lean Manufacturing principles across multiple international plants. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Mines Douai.
