Vincent Flohimont

Vincent Flohimont is a seasoned commercial engineer specializing in the management of strategic accounts with SIRAIL since June 2020, where responsibilities include client prospecting, proposal development, and commercial order follow-up. Prior experience includes engagement at 3M from January 2017 to June 2020, focusing on the deployment of Lean methodologies and optimization of operational processes associated with SAP implementation. Vincent began a career at Alstom in August 2007, progressing through various roles including Project Industrial and Sourcing Manager, where management of a €40 million budget project was achieved, and as Operations Planning Manager, responsible for production planning and performance analysis. Vincent possesses an Industrial Engineering degree in Production Management and another in Electricity-Computer Science from HELHa.
