Don Roby retired from the Baltimore County Police Department in 2015 after serving as a Captain for 35 years. They currently hold the position of Director of Sales Development, Biometrics and Vehicles at Sirchie, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, Don was the Training Program Manager at the Airborne Public Safety Association from 2012 to 2022.
