Adinda Dian Kusumawardhani

Adinda Dian Kusumawardhani has a diverse work experience, primarily in legal roles. Adinda Dian is currently working at SIRCLO as an Assistant Manager Commercial Legal, where they handle all legal corporate and compliance matters. Prior to this, they were a Senior Commercial Legal Executive at the same company. In their role as a Legal Executive at SIRCLO, Adinda was responsible for preparing legal contracts and documents for B2B and B2C transactions in SIRCLO Commerce and supporting the business activities of SIRCLO Store with SMEs.

Adinda Dian also worked as a Legal Analyst for the One Map Initiative at World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia, where they conducted targeted legal research on governance and land use management issues. In addition, Adinda contributed to the development of high-quality legal research products and provided support to WRI partners.

Before joining SIRCLO and WRI, Adinda gained experience as a Junior Associate at HHR Lawyers. Adinda Dian also had internships at PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk and Siregar & Djojonegoro Law Firm Indonesia.

Adinda Dian Kusumawardhani graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) in the year 2018. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mentari International School Bintaro, where they focused on Science. In addition to their formal education, Adinda has obtained certifications in various areas, including a Merger and Acquisition Summer School from Utrecht University, Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat from PERADI, and Sertifikat Ujian Profesi Advokat also from PERADI.
