Neysa Natania has a diverse range of work experience. Neysa currently works at SIRCLO as a Key Account Executive, where they manage the stocks and financial processes for e-commerce sales. Neysa also interacts with principals and channels. Prior to this role, they worked as a Jr. Key Account Executive at SIRCLO. Before joining SIRCLO, Neysa worked at Shopee as part of the Business Development team, curating flash sales, analyzing performance, and creating weekly reports. Neysa also has experience as a Tattoo Artist and Administrative Secretary at Happy Pets Land, where they handled appointments, meetings, and administrative records. Additionally, Neysa worked as a Treasury Accountant at Happy Pets Land, managing financial transactions and preparing financial reports. Neysa briefly worked at Drupadi ID as a Sales and Marketing Associate, managing sales strategies and community relations for a theatrical show. Lastly, Neysa gained finance and accounting experience as an intern at PT. CND Geoteknika, where they prepared financial reports and reconciled transactions.

Neysa Natania completed their high school education at SMAK 1 BPK PENABUR Bandung from 2012 to 2015, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Social Sciences. Neysa then pursued further education at Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2015 to 2016, studying Hospitality Administration/Management. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, they attended Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
