Nicho Alinton Sianipar's work experience begins in 2014 as a Talent of Student Welfare at BEM Psikologi Undip, where they provided scholarship information and supported students with economic difficulties. In 2015, they joined PsychoPOP as a Staff of the Media and Creative Division, where they shared sports events and created creative posts on a wall magazine. Nicho Alinton then went on to work as a Staff of Public Relation at BEM Psikologi Undip in 2016.

In 2019, Sianipar became a Recruitment Specialist at PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk., a leading manufacturer and supplier of fasteners and components to the automotive sector. Nicho Alinton played a crucial role in manufacturing precision fasteners and engineered components.

In 2020, they joined Nutrifood as a Key Account, collaborating with stakeholders from Lulu Hypermart, Grand Lucky, and AEON to develop promotion strategies and generate sales revenue. Nicho Alinton also ensured the brand's in-store visibility and executed strategies for category growth.

Sianipar then became a Distribution Development Coordinator at Nutrifood in 2020, responsible for stock management, business development, and brand activation programs in the general trade and modern trade sectors.

In 2021, they graduated from RevoU's Digital Marketing program, where they learned about growth and digital marketing and created portfolios for various online marketing activities. Nicho Alinton also worked as a Content Creative Marketing for RevoU and successfully ran social media and Google Ads campaigns.

In 2022, Sianipar took on the role of Performance Analyst at Titipku, where they analyzed and executed Facebook Ads campaigns.

Currently, they are working as a Key Account Executive (Commerce) at SIRCLO, an e-commerce enabler in Indonesia. SIRCLO offers solutions for online businesses, and Sianipar is responsible for managing key accounts and facilitating online sales.

Throughout their career, Sianipar has demonstrated their expertise in digital marketing, account management, stock management, and business development.

Nicho Alinton Sianipar completed a Full Stack Program in Digital Marketing at RevoU in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Diponegoro University, with no specified start or end years. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from RevoU in December 2021.
