- Currently working at SIRCLO as a Store Operations Admin (Commerce), responsible for managing brand supply for e-commerce sales, monitoring business performance metrics, and organizing online store production.

- Founded and manages ngado.ind, a small creative business since 2020. Handles sales, customer satisfaction, production, and delivery of goods across Indonesia. Also conducts product advertisements on social media and focuses on product innovation.

- Worked as a Freelance Entry Data professional from January 2023 to May 2023.

- Worked as a Freelance Content Creator and Social Media professional at Wedding by Flo for the months of February 2023 to March 2023.

- Previously worked at PT VADS Indonesia as a Dedicated Project Content Quality Control for Shopee Video from August 2022 to October 2022. Also worked as a Dedicated Project Delivery Support for Shopee Xpress in June 2022 to July 2022. Additionally, worked as a Customer Engagement Champion from September 2021 to June 2022.

- Founded and managed nikisalad.id, a creative business from July 2018 to July 2019. Handled sales, fruit salad production, distribution, and promotion through social media.

Noverika Hidayati completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 3 Bantul and graduated as an alumni in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Noverika has obtained several certifications in digital marketing, brand marketing management, KOL management, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and introduction to digital marketing. Noverika has acquired these certifications from various institutions such as Kelas.work by Kelas.com, Merapi Visitama Indonesia, RevoU, MySkill, Vokraf, and NV Consultant Indonesia between 2020 and 2022.
