Rian Sakti

Rian Sakti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Rian currently holds the position of Cloud Ops Engineer at SIRCLO, a leading e-commerce enabler in Indonesia. As part of the Infrastructure and DevSecOps team, Rian's main responsibilities include ensuring the reliability, stability, security, and high availability of the system. Rian is involved in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting both monoliths and microservices systems to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining SIRCLO, Rian worked at Gameloft as a Senior IT Support Administrator from April 2016 to November 2020. In this role, they provided hardware and software support for employee systems, conducted OS and application installations and upgrades, and performed maintenance tasks. Rian also handled hardware installations, including PCs, printers, telephones, and faxes.

Before Gameloft, Rian worked as a Junior IT Support Administrator at the same company from May 2013 to April 2016. Rian'sduties included supporting hardware and software, installing and upgrading OS, applications, and networks, as well as deploying various hardware devices.

Rian's work experience also includes a role as an OSS Implementator at DisHubKominfo Sleman for the Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman in 2012. Rian was responsible for implementing open-source software solutions.

Additionally, Rian worked as a Technical Support at Wakhost.com in T'Lab (Technology Open Source Laboratory) from May 2011 to August 2012. Rian managed the operational aspects of Wakhost.com and provided customer and technical support.

At the beginning of their career, Rian was part of the Jogja Goes Open Source Team at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta from January 2009 to June 2009.

Overall, Rian Sakti has gained extensive experience in the fields of IT support, cloud operations, and open-source software implementation throughout their career.

Rian Sakti completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Rian then pursued a Magister's degree in Teknologi Informasi at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Rian Sakti has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they received the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Rian also completed the Networking Academy Learn-A-Thon 2020 offered by Cisco in August 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Centos Web Server Devops from SanberCode in July 2020 and in Devops Training from ADINUSA (Akademi Digital Nusantara) in August 2020.

More recently, in October 2021, Rian Sakti completed several training specializations from Coursera, including the Google Cloud Digital Leader Training Specialization, Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud, Innovating with Data and Google Cloud, Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, and Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations.
