Riyardi Wijaya Limas has a diverse work experience ranging from owning and developing their own food businesses to working in the culinary industry. Riyardi Wijaya started their career as a Co-Owner and Product Developer at House of Quiche in 2014, where they developed concepts and products for pop-up events. In 2015, they participated as a contestant in Masterchef Indonesia Season 4, showcasing their culinary skills and connecting with fellow food enthusiasts. Later that year, they worked as a Stagiaire at Luna Negra Restaurant, where they learned about fine dining and assisted the chef in food preparation. In 2016, Riyardi co-owned another food venture called Kitchen Take Over, focusing on creating unique recipes and developing pricing strategies. During the same year, they also served as a Co-Owner and Product Developer at Martabix, where they developed trendy products, created standardized menus, and trained staff. From 2018 to 2021, Riyardi worked at ABC Cooking Studio, initially as a Studio Consultant, maintaining member relationships and delivering high-quality lessons, and later as a Product Trainer, developing new menu items, creating pairing menus for corporate clients, and conducting regular staff training. Currently, they are working at SIRCLO as a Key Account Executive.

Riyardi Wijaya Limas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, from 2010 to 2014.
