Ciara Noone has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, leveraging technology and data to address societal challenges across various sectors. They have worked in environmental engineering, delivering projects in Australia and the Middle East, and have led donor-funded programs in Lebanon, Iraq, Ukraine, and Jordan focusing on emergency response and urban water management. Currently, as Partnerships & Growth Lead at Siren Analytics, Ciara helps partners design practical solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Additionally, they co-founded the Lebanon Debating Society to promote diverse conversations and critical thinking. Ciara’s educational background includes degrees in Environmental Engineering and International/Global Studies from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Sustainable Finance Foundation Course from the University of Oxford.
