Prior to these roles, Paul was a Founding Partner at Institutional FX Advisory Partners Limited from September 2016 to January 2018, where the firm specialized in foreign exchange consultancy. Paul’s robust career includes significant tenure at HSBC, spanning from June 1987 to February 2014, during which Paul held several leadership positions, including Managing Director and Global Head of HSS FX Sales.
