Ajay Agrawal is a highly accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of Sirion since September 2012, Ajay previously co-founded UnitedLex Corporation, where leadership contributed to significant growth and over $100M in enterprise value from September 2006 to May 2011. Additionally, Ajay held senior associate and associate roles at prestigious law firms Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton, respectively. Educational credentials include an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. (Honors) in Semiotics from Brown University.
