Shinu Abraham

Shinu Abraham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, consulting, and project management within the technology and outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Growth (VP) at Sirion since July 2016, Shinu focuses on enhancing contract lifecycle management for leading businesses through innovative solutions. Previously, Shinu was a Principal Consultant/Account Director at Information Services Group, where responsibilities included advising on governance for multi-supplier outsourcing engagements and developing strategic risk management models. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Infosys BPO, where Shinu specialized in designing outsourcing models, and Unit Manager at Mphasis, managing technical support for JPMorgan Chase. Shinu holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has a background in science education from St. Vincent Junior College.
