Nicole Mitchell

Nicole Mitchell has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance and investment advisory industries. Nicole is currently the Chief Enterprise Architect at SiriusPoint since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hiscox from 2016 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including the Head of Business Architecture and Head of IT, Re & ILS. Before joining Hiscox, Nicole worked at Ariel Re from 2013 to 2016 as a Portfolio Management Associate. Nicole also has experience as a Software Developer at Orbis Investment Advisory from 2008 to 2013, and as a Technical Consultant at Infor Global Solutions from 2007 to 2008. Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in business architecture, IT system design, leadership, coaching, and project management.

Nicole Mitchell began their education at Queen's University in 2001, where they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Nicole completed their undergraduate studies in 2005. Following their Bachelor's degree, Nicole continued their education at the same institution and obtained their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Queen's University between 2005 and 2007.
