Ramesh Subramanian

Ramesh Subramanian currently serves as the Chief GRC Officer at Sirius International Holding since October 2025, focusing on corporate governance and enterprise risk management. Prior to this role, Ramesh worked at Etihad Rail Operating Companies from May 2017 to October 2025, where responsibilities as Finance Director included treasury management and annual budgeting. Previously, Ramesh held the position of Chief Internal Auditor, overseeing internal audit functions, risk assessments, and internal control reviews. Earlier in the career, Ramesh set up and managed the Internal Audit Department at Masharie LLC and established the in-house Internal Audit Department at Muscat Finance SAOG. Ramesh began the professional journey as an Internal Audit Manager at Dubai Investments PJSC. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics and is an Associate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
