Peter Fernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management roles. Peter is currently the Co-Founder & COO of Sirius Support, where Peter focuses on remote work and customer/technical support services. Peter also serves as the Chief Instructor at Iwama Aikido Malaysia, teaching traditional Aikido. With a background in leading customer support teams at companies such as Crossover for Work, SG Global Support Services, Ikea, and PayPal Malaysia Services Sdn Bhd, Peter has a proven track record of driving customer experience excellence and operational efficiency. Peter holds a degree in A-Levels from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and has a strong educational background from various institutions.
