Ed Park

Ed Park has extensive experience in the financial and insurance industry. Ed currently holds the position of Global Head of Capital, Ratings, Tax & Treasury at SiriusPoint, a role they have held since an unspecified date in 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Tax Director at SiriusPoint from 2016 to an unspecified date in 2021.

Before joining SiriusPoint, Ed Park had a long tenure at AIG, starting in 2007. Ed held various positions during their time at AIG, including Managing Director of AIG Portfolio Solutions from an unspecified date in 2012 to 2015, Deputy Director of Taxes from 2009 to an unspecified date in 2012, and Director of Taxes in the Financial Services Division from 2007 to 2009.

Ed then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they attended the New York University School of Law from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Tax Law/Taxation.
