Jennifer Collier-Souza Cma

Jennifer Collier-Souza is the SVP of Global Head of Finance Transformation at SiriusPoint and also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for SiriusPoint Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Third Point Re from 2013 to 2021, starting as an Assistant Controller and working their way up to VP Operations and Reinsurance Controller. Before that, Jennifer held roles at Arch Reinsurance Ltd and RenaissanceRe Services Ltd as a Senior Financial Accountant and Senior Accountant respectively. With a background in Biology from Saint Mary's University and a CMA in Accounting and Business/Management, Jennifer has a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
