Katarina Banda

Katarina Banda has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Katarina is currently working at SiriusPoint as a Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst since May 2022. Prior to this, Katarina worked at Skandia as a Chef Riskförsäkringsaktuarier from March 2017 to May 2022.

Before joining Skandia, they worked at Ikano Försäkring as an Actuary from January 2015 to February 2017. Before that, Katarina gained valuable experience at Sirius International as an Actuary from February 2009 to January 2015.

Their career in the insurance industry started at Länsförsäkringar, where they worked as an Actuary from an unspecified start date in 2006 until 2009. Overall, Katarina has had extensive experience as an Actuary and currently holds a senior role in quantitative risk analysis at SiriusPoint.

Katarina Banda attended Stockholm University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics. In January 2016, they obtained an Actuarial diploma from Svenska Aktuarieföreningen.
