Cynthia Hamilton has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cynthia started their career as a Manager of Call Center Operations at eForce - Alternacall in 2003 and then moved on to become a Manager of Call Center Operations at XM Satellite Radio in 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Manager of Training and Quality at XM Satellite Radio Canada. In 2010, Cynthia started their own consulting business called Cynthia Hamilton Consulting, where they served as the Owner. Cynthia offered services to help businesses manage and improve their customer service and sales, implement CRM systems, and find efficiencies. Alongside their consulting business, Cynthia also worked as a Consultant at Sirius XM Canada Inc. until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they joined SiriusXM in various roles, including Manager of Call Center Operations and Senior Product Owner. Currently, Cynthia is working as the Director of Product Owner BRM & Business Systems at SiriusXM Canada.

Cynthia Hamilton completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature at McGill University from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a DEC in Languages and Literature from Marianopolis College between 1995 and 1997. In March 2022, Cynthia obtained a certification in the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) from the Council of Canadian Innovators | Conseil Canadien des Innovateurs.
