Nirmala Fleming

Nirmala Fleming is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Services at SiriusXM Canada since June 2011. Nirmala has also held positions such as Employee Relations & Administration Lead and Human Resources Specialist during their tenure at SiriusXM. Prior to this role, Nirmala worked at XM Canada as a Human Capital Coordinator from 2007 to June 2011 and had earlier experience as a Singer at controller.controller from 2002 to 2006, as well as a Receptionist at Sparks Productions Inc from 2002 to 2004. Nirmala holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honours in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Carleton University, completed in 1999.
