Dara Altman

Dara Altman serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Sirius XM Radio Inc. since 2006, and also holds a position as a Board Member at The Frederick Loewe Foundation. Prior to these roles, Dara Altman was the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at Discovery Communications from 1997 to 2005, and served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Request Television from 1993 to 1997. From 1987 to 1993, Dara Altman worked as an Attorney at HBO, after beginning a legal career as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 1983 to 1987. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School, and dual Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees from Amherst College.
