Irene Tong

Irene Tong has a diverse background in technology and research with extensive experience in software testing and management roles. At SiriusXM, Irene served as a Senior Manager in DevSecOps, QA Manager, and Software Test Engineer from July 2018 to February 2022. Prior work at Location Labs involved software testing for family safety applications on various platforms from April 2012 to June 2018. Irene contributed to educational iPad applications for children with developmental delays as a Technical Writer and Project Coordinator at Project Injini from April 2011 to March 2012. Additionally, Irene worked as a Research Associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, focusing on neuroimaging research related to Alzheimer's Disease from June 2008 to April 2011. Irene began volunteering with Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay in September 2007. Irene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in January 2008.
