Ravi Motwani

Ravi Motwani is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for Employment Law at Sirius XM Radio Inc. since April 2011, acting as Chief Employment Counsel for the leading audio entertainment company in the U.S. Prior to this role, Ravi held the position of Vice President - Labor Counsel at Polo Ralph Lauren from August 2001 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing all employment matters for the international luxury retailer and advising on various complex employment issues. Ravi's earlier career includes a Vice President role at Marsh Inc. and an Associate position at Proskauer Rose LLP. Ravi earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
