Zsofia Kope

Zsofia Kope is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at SiriusXM since March 2019, Zsofia previously held the role of Scrum Master at Toyota North America and Capital One, where skills in guiding scrum teams toward self-organization were developed. Zsofia's early career includes project management roles at Improving Enterprises, where leadership was provided to newly formed teams, and experience as a Business Consultant at Wall Street Institute, coaching executives on effective communication. Additional experience includes project management at Nortel Networks and bid management at Matra Nortel Communication/Nortel, with a focus on process optimization and team coordination. Zsofia holds an MBA in International Marketing and continues to pursue studies in Management Information Systems at The University of Texas at Dallas.
