Martina Donnellan began their work experience in 2006 at Autocal Ireland as a Validation Engineer, where they were involved in the re-qualification of legacy equipment for a new drug manufacturing project. Martina executed thermal qualification processes and was responsible for generating reports and managing deviations and non-conformances.

In 2009, Martina joined Andor Technology as the Microscopy Team Leader. In this role, they set up and tested various laser-illuminated microscopy solutions and oversaw and collaborated with multiple departments and personnel to achieve companywide and individual targets. Their tenure at Andor Technology lasted until 2012.

Martina then joined Camlin Technologies in 2013 as an Applied Physicist. Though specific details are not provided, they worked in this role until 2018.
