A track record of success includes elevating underperformers to the top of performance rankings at Advensus and managing operations at Equinox Teleservices, where strategic acquisition of significant accounts was achieved. Aponte has also held technical support and operations management roles early in a career rooted in a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
