Marco Pavin

Marco Pavin is currently the Sales Director for North America at Sirmax and is pursuing an MBA at Purdue University, expected to graduate in 2025. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sirmax, including Business Development Director, Supply Chain Manager, Product Director, and Product Manager. Marco began their career with an internship in Research and Development at FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2018. They hold a Laurea triennale and a Laurea Magistrale in Materials Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, as well as multiple master's degrees in Project Management and Family Business.
