Dr. Akhilesh Mishra

Dr. Akhilesh Mishra, CPHR. SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Dr. Akhilesh currently holds the role of President at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the President of Human Resources at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd from September 2020 to March 2022. Dr. Akhilesh also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bharat Serums & Vaccines limited from June 2010 to September 2020. Before that, Dr. Mishra was the Assistant General Manager - Human Resources at Intellinet Sparsh from April 2007 to June 2010. Dr. Akhilesh also worked as a Sr Manager - Human Resource at ICS Infrastructure and as a Manager - Human Resources at Tara Jewels Limited.

Dr. Akhilesh Mishra, CPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive education history. Dr. Akhilesh received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management from 2012 to 2017. Dr. Akhilesh'sdoctoral research focused on studying HRM practices in the industry.

Prior to their PhD, Dr. Mishra obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (MHRDM) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1996 to 1999.

Dr. Akhilesh also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from Mithibai College, which they completed from 1991 to 1994.

Dr. Akhilesh'ssecondary education includes completing SSC (Secondary School Certificate) from Himalaya High School from 1982 to 1991.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dr. Mishra has acquired a range of certifications through LinkedIn, including topics like crisis communication, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, digital transformation, and strategic HR partnership. Dr. Akhilesh also holds the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM and the CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation.

Dr. Mishra also obtained certifications in Assessment Centres and HR Audits from Human Touch HRD SHM and other institutions.
