Ronan Gill

Ronan Gill has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ronan worked as a Transmission Planning Engineer at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, where they played a key role in the UK National Transmission Plan, creating a high-level design for a consolidated Ethernet/IP network. Ronan also evaluated sites for LTE expansion and coordinated site surveys and equipment planning.

At Kordia, Ronan held the positions of Senior Transmission Planner and Senior Transmission Engineer. During their time there, they worked on various transmission projects and played a crucial role in managing and implementing transmission plans.

Ronan also worked at Ericsson as a Transmission Planner and was involved in the Project Darwin - SRAN upgrade program for Vodafone/NSI. Ronan'sresponsibilities included network planning, transmission design, and capacity planning.

Furthermore, Ronan gained experience at Netshare Ireland as an SRAN Transmission Project Manager, leading the nationwide site and backhaul network upgrade for Vodafone Ireland. Ronan also worked at Surecom Group as a Project Manager, overseeing various teams and projects and managing day-to-day operations.

Additionally, Ronan worked as a Site Controller at GRA and Cellular Asset Management Ltd, where they were responsible for managing teams, arranging access, and scheduling work to maintain quality.

Currently, Ronan is working at SIRO as a Project Management Officer, leveraging their skills and experience in managing projects effectively.

Throughout their career, Ronan has demonstrated strong project management, planning, and coordination skills, making him a valuable asset in the telecommunications industry.

Ronan Gill attended Technological University Dublin from 1999 to 2006, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
