Service Operations Manager at SIRO Ireland

Sean Keating has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, starting from their role as a Systems Analyst in the Telecom Services Division at Transaction Network Services in 1997. Sean then progressed to various managerial positions, including Supervisor, Senior Manager, and Service Manager. In these roles, they focused on team effectiveness, service improvement, and relationship management with global accounts. From 2006 to 2012, Sean served as the Director of Network Operations, where they developed and implemented an ITIL-based operational manual. Following this, they became the Network Operations Manager, driving service delivery and compliance for the Asia Pacific region. In 2014, they joined Transaction Network Services as an Operations Consultant, working on network transformation efforts. Finally, Sean joined SIRO in 2015 as the Technical Services Manager and later became the Service Operations Manager.

Sean Keating has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 1995. Prior to that, they attended Cork School of Commerce from 1993 to 1994, where they focused on Marketing as a field of study.
