Jeff Hill has over 25 years of experience in technical support and system analysis, with a significant tenure at SirsiDynix since July 1997. In current roles as Senior Support Analyst and Customer Support Manager, Jeff facilitates communication between customers and technical teams, while demonstrating expertise in supporting web-based software across global markets. Previous accomplishments at SirsiDynix include the installation and setup of new libraries on various Integrated Library Systems, along with overseeing complex software upgrades on multiple operating systems. Prior to SirsiDynix, Jeff served as a System Analyst at DHI, managing the Operations Control Division and customizing programs for IBM mainframes. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Administration from the University of Phoenix.
