Massimo Fornasiero

Massimo Fornasiero has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as Responsabile Acquisti Servizi Aziendali and Buyer Senior at Sirti S.p.A. since July 2007, where responsibilities include studying tender notices, drafting specifications, conducting market research, and negotiating with suppliers for civil works and public administration contracts. Prior to this role, Massimo held the position of Project Manager at Sirti S.p.A. from July 2000 to June 2007, overseeing projects and client accounting for major companies including WIND, TIM, TELECOM ITALIA, and RAIWAY, while managing a team of 117 personnel and a budget of 12 million euros annually. Earlier experience also includes a role as Progettista at Graphema Srl, focusing on architectural design for 200 retail locations across Italy. Massimo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 1999.
