Violet Okello has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and sales industry since 2013. Violet began their career as a Field Marketing Coordinator at Nestlé, where they coordinated and executed product demonstrations and sampling events that resulted in a 40% increase in sales yearly. Violet then moved on to Cadbury Kenya Ltd. as a Regional Sales Supervisor, where they managed a team of sales representatives and was responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets. In 2016, Violet joined IFFCO Kenya Ltd. as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, successfully increasing sales by 15% by implementing a new marketing strategy and developing strong relationships with key Supermarkets.
