Roberto Di Fonzo

Roberto Di Fonzo was appointed Chief Financial & Legal Officer and Top Executive member of Sisal in December 2020. Previously, since 2011, Roberto held the position of Chief Strategy Officer in Sisal. In his current role, Roberto manages complex projects such as IPO process, corporate governance reorganization, international business start-up, corporate finance transformation projects. He has a broad background in business and financial management and has many years of international professional experience in Europe, the Far East and Africa in the role of CFO. Before joining Sisal, he held the position of CFO Europe of the apparel division of Sara Lee Corporation. From 2003 to 2010 he was Managing Director Italy of the Apparel division of Sara Lee.
