Elif Arac Cakir

Elif Arac Cakir has extensive work experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Elif started their career as an HR Assistant Specialist at Şişecam in 1996 and quickly progressed to become an HR Specialist. Elif then took on roles such as Risk Management Specialist and Performance & Career Manager before eventually becoming the HR Strategies & Organizational Development Manager in 2013. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Talent Management at Şişecam since February 2021. Apart from their work at Şişecam, Elif also had a role in a social responsibility project at PERYÖN in 2007. Prior to that, they gained management training experience as a Management Trainee at Akbank from November 1995 to February 1996.
