Gokben Ozalp

Gokben Ozalp is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources management. Since June 2018, Gokben has served as the HR Strategies and Organizational Development Director at Şişecam, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies and acting as the Center of Excellence Lead for various HR functions. Prior roles include CHRO at CMC Turkey, Human Resources Manager at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals, and HR and Organizational Development Director at Acibadem Healthcare Group. Earlier in the career, Gokben held positions ranging from HR Team Leader at Turkcell to HR Consultant at SAP Development Center Turkey. Gokben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University, along with a certificate in Professional Coaching from Erickson Coaching International.
