Gökçen Aygören

Gökçen Aygören has a diverse background in organizational development, human resources, and business operations. Currently serving as an Organizational Architecture Specialist at Şişecam, Gökçen previously held the position of CEO Office Executive at Touché Privé, where responsibilities included documentation preparation and operational support during investment processes, in addition to leading business development projects. As a People and Culture Manager at Touché Privé, Gökçen oversaw HR processes, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational development, significantly expanding the team. Earlier experiences include contributions at Türk Telekom as an Organizational Development Assistant Specialist and various internships in HR and international cooperation. Gökçen holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University.
