Oliver Frois

Oliver Frois has a diverse work experience in various roles related to mental health and wellbeing. Oliver started their career as an Account Executive at TBWA\\Worldwide in 2007 before transitioning to a Care Assistant role at Grange Cottage Home for Elderly Persons. In 2010, they worked as a Bank Mental Health Support Worker at Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust. Oliver then joined Shine Workplace Wellbeing as a Mental Health Lead Consultant in 2019. Oliver later worked as a Senior Psychology Practitioner at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust from 2012 to 2020, offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and creating treatment plans for patients. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Health and Wellbeing Adviser at Avon Fire & Rescue Service, and from 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Wellbeing Manager at TLT LLP, where they developed and implemented an organizational wellbeing strategy. Currently, Oliver holds the position of Mental Health Lead (UK) at John Sisk & Son Ltd, starting in October 2023.

Oliver Frois has a diverse education history. Oliver obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham in 2011. In 2012, they attended the University of Exeter to complete a program in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Workplace Health and Wellbeing at the University of Nottingham from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they completed a program in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Exeter in 2015. Oliver also has international experience, having studied International Business Studies and French at Sheffield Hallam University from 2002 to 2006, and at ESSEC Business School as part of the Erasmus program from 2003 to 2005. Oliver has further certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and as a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist (CCBT) from the University of Exeter.
