Siskin Children's Institute
Margaret McMann currently serves as Program Coordinator at Siskin Children's Institute since December 2022. Prior to this role, Margaret held several positions, including Administrative Assistant at The Chattanooga House of Prayer from September 2020 to December 2022, and Administrative Intern at Youth Leader Collective from September 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, Margaret participated as a Student Fellow in the Chattanooga Fellows Program during the 2019-2020 period, where engagement included vocational preparation, community commitment, and faith exploration. Earlier experience includes serving as Children's Ministry Assistant Director and Intern at Kings Cross Church from February 2018 to July 2019, as well as a Teacher Assistant at CAMP-of-the-WOODS in summer 2014. Margaret holds a degree from Bridgewater College, completed in 2018.

Founded in 1950 by Mose and Garrison Siskin in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Siskin Children's Institute achieves its mission through, pediatric healthcare services, education, home & community-based programs, and outreach services Education Our Siskin Early Learning Center provides a high quality preschool education to young children with and without disabilities, including children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, chromosomal abnormality and brain injury. Health Care The Siskin Center for Developmental Pediatrics is a regional developmental pediatric center, led by a team of developmental pediatricians, with services available in Chattanooga and Nashville, TN. Children are referred to the Institute for medical, psychological and cognitive assessment, diagnosis and treatment, including, occupational, speech and language, applied behavior analysis, and other therapies as well as counseling and social skills groups. Home Visiting The Siskin Home & Community-Based Early Intervention program is designed to help parents, other caregivers and children with special needs gain the knowledge and confidence they need to be successful in life. Through visits with a developmental therapist, the family receives information, support, guidance and consultation about improving the child’s and family’s quality of life.
