Dawn Weber has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management. Dawn currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Siskiyou Community Health Center, where they previously held the position of Director of Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations and Compliance at OnePeak Medical.
Before joining OnePeak Medical, Dawn was the Senior Director of Ambulatory Services at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. Dawn began their career at Kaiser Permanente as a Clinical Supervisor, responsible for supervising GI departments and primary care staff, improving workflow, and overseeing budgeting and payroll.

Dawn Weber obtained their Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Casper College between 1988 and 1991. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued further education at Regis University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Currently, from 2019 to 2022, Dawn is enrolled at Purdue Global, working towards a Master of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Based in the growing Southern Oregon community of Grants Pass, Siskiyou Community Health Center is a primary care medical home designed to treat and care for the medical needs of the entire family. Operating on a sliding scale and offering services ranging from general medical care, behavioral health services, and an on-site pharmacy, to dental needs and community Outreach, Siskiyou focuses on the under-served and often uninsured sector of the Rogue Valley. Siskiyou has two medical facilities, a dental facility, and three School-Based Health Centers operating from within all three schools in the Illinois Valley. Striving for excellence, Siskiyou seeks to identify and provide care for the primary health needs of our community in a professional and compassionate manner.
