Terhi Kotkansalo

Terhi Kotkansalo is a highly experienced executive in the cleaning services industry, currently serving as CEO of Siskon Siivous Oy since January 2017 and as a Board Member at Kiinteistötyönantajat ry since January 2023. Prior roles include CEO of Domedi Corporation and its subsidiaries from January 2016 to May 2020, Business Director of Cleaning Services at RTK-Palvelu Oy from December 2012 to May 2015, and CEO of Servisole Oy Siivouspalvelu from January 1999 to May 2015. Terhi Kotkansalo has also been involved in various organizational committees, including a member of the Business Renewal Committee of EK and the Economic Policy Committee of Kiinteistötyönantajat ry. Recognized as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by EY in 2005, Terhi Kotkansalo holds a BBA in International Marketing from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and an MB Master Coach degree.
