Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Insights since January 2023, Marie has previously held senior roles at Voicemod and Vodafone, focusing on UX and design research. Marie's career began with positions in field research and social research, leading to expertise in service design and innovation at Skills Development Scotland. With academic qualifications including an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University, Marie demonstrates a solid foundation in research methodologies and strategic thinking.
