Carlos Madaleno is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations across various sectors, including aviation, oil and gas. Currently serving as CEO of Sistac since April 2023, Carlos previously held multiple leadership roles at CHC Helicopter, where responsibilities included overseeing regional strategies and managing key accounts in the Americas. Carlos has also contributed to Expro in various capacities, focusing on account management and M&A activities for the Western Hemisphere. With a strong technical background in materials engineering and a robust educational foundation, including MBAs from Ibmec and FGV, Carlos combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive business success.
