Dominique Nong is a seasoned professional in youth justice and policy advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Strategist at Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Special Project Manager for Youth Justice at the Young Women's Freedom Center and Director of Youth Justice Policy at the Children's Defense Fund, complemented by several other significant positions, including Assistant Public Defender in the Juvenile Division in Maryland and Clinical Fellow at Northwestern University School of Law. Dominique holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Studies from Harvard University.

We improve conditions for women and trans people of all genders by fighting for – and winning – policies and systems change that center the needs and experiences of communities most impacted by systems of exploitation, criminalization, and incarceration throughout the state.
