Liz O'Neill has a diverse work experience in the field of communications. Liz started their career as a Broadcast Journalist at WBAL-TV in 1986 and worked there until 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Media Liaison for the UMB School of Law at the University of Maryland. Liz then joined the University System of Maryland as a Media Relations and Web Manager from 2005 to 2006. Liz was the Communications Director at the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service from 2007 to 2008. Liz then worked as a Communications Officer for the Middle East/Asia region at Catholic Relief Services from 2008 to 2014. Liz later joined Lutheran World Relief in 2014 as a Communications professional for Asia/Middle East. Currently, since 2017, they are the Director of Communications at Sisters of Bon Secours.
Liz O'Neill attended Penn State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Foreign Languages. Liz'sspecific start and end year at Penn State is unknown. Liz also attended the University of Pennsylvania, but information regarding their degree and field of study is not provided.

Sisters of Bon Secours is an international congregation of religious sisters. Founded in 1824 in Paris, France, the Sisters are in seven countries. Founded to nurse the sick in their homes, the sisters' mission includes health care, human and social services, pastoral and spiritual retreats and education today.
