Craig Chase

Craig Chase serves as the Vice President of Patient & Resident Financial Services at Catholic Health, overseeing a revenue cycle with a net revenue collection of $1.2 billion, which encompasses various healthcare services. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Southern New Hampshire Health, where improvements in communication and efficiency were achieved throughout the revenue cycle. Additional experience includes serving as AVP of Revenue Cycle at Rockingham Memorial Hospital and Director of Revenue Cycle at Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Jacksonville University.
