David Vitka has a strong background in facility planning, design, and construction. David started their career in 1996 as a Hospital Architect at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center and then joined Kaleida Health in 1999 as the Director of Facility Planning, Design, and Construction. In 2002, they moved to Catholic Health System where they held the roles of Vice President of Facility Planning, Design, and Construction, as well as Vice President of Facility Planning, Design, and Construction, and Properties.
David Vitka earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the University of Bridgeport from 1986 to 1987. Later, they obtained a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis between 1990 and 1992.
