Diane Lobdell

Diane Lobdell is an experienced healthcare executive with a focus on nursing leadership. Currently serving as VP Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Catholic Health since April 2019, Diane previously held the position of Director of Medical Surgical Nursing at Rochester Regional Health from September 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, Diane was Chief Nursing Officer at Millard Fillmore Hospitals and DeGraff Memorial Hospital from October 2014 to February 2017, overseeing operations at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, a prominent acute care teaching hospital, and DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Diane's extensive career began at Kaleida Health, where roles included Director of Peri-Operative Services, Nurse Manager, and Staff Registered Nurse, contributing to leadership and compliance improvements across various clinical settings. Diane holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership and Change from Daemen University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
