Jenna Koch

Jenna Koch is an experienced Human Resources professional and community leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Catholic Health since September 2017, Jenna has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Absolut Care LLC from 2006 to September 2017, managing payroll, recruitment, and employee relations for a large team. In addition to human resources roles, Jenna has been actively involved in local governance as Council President and Councilmember for the 4th Ward in the City of Tonawanda since January 2014. Jenna's entrepreneurial experience as co-owner of Tiki Hut, along with a solid educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College, further enhances their leadership and operational expertise.
